How to care for your felt flowers.

Our felt flowers are made from high quality wool. Each piece is handcrafted and not one flower is the same as the other.

Here is how to care for your felt flowers.

  •  DO NOT attempt to water your felt flowers!
  • Keep away from direct sunlight, as fading may occur over time.
  • Spot clean only. Dab the area gently with a little water and dab again with a dry, clean cloth.
  • Use a blow-dry or lint roller to dust off any loose particles, you may still find a few glue strings, those can be removed with the lint roller.
  • If your flowers turn up a little flattened or squashed, simply use your fingers and gently pull/push each petal back out until you have the flower back to its original shape. You may use heat if needed use a slim hair straightener, on a medium to low heat.

How to care for your dried flower creation.

Our dried flower / entomology pieces are created with the intentional of giving you a piece of nature. All flowers are sourced from a specialized dried flower farm and all of my insects come from breeders I have found online or sellers who source them from insect farms. Insect farming is very beneficial to the environment because some are released back into the wild to support local populations. I do not support deforestation and would never go out of my way to kill an animal for the sake of art.

Here is how to care for your new creation.

  • Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and high humidity.
  • Keep pieces closed if it includes an insect. Any dried flower domes without insects are okay to be opened.
  • Avoid handling any of the natural parts of your pieces with your hands due to natural skin oils and fragility of insects, flowers, etc.
